舒肝解郁胶囊联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂伴发抑郁症状的效果及对血清总超氧化物歧化酶的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with Aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia with depressive symptoms and its influence on serum total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD).Methods A total of 80 schizophrenic patients with depressive symptoms admitted to the Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau Mental Hospital from February to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into study group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The control group was treated with Aripiprazole,and the research group was treated with Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with Aripiprazole.Clinical efficacy,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score and T-SOD level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HAMD scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the HAMD score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the HAMD score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum T-SOD level between the two groups(P>0.05).The level of T-SOD in the study group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of T-SOD in the study group after treatment was higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the level of T-SOD in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsules are effective in the treatment of schizophrenia accompanied by depressive symptoms,which can improve the depressive symptoms of patients,and help to improve the level of T-SOD.
