延续性护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore approach effect of continuous nursing in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods The 100 cases COPD acute exacerbation patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as research objects, which were divided into the control group and the detection group according to the random slip method, 50 cases in each group. The control group was used routine nursing, the continuous nursing intervention was used the detection group.The forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC), maximum mean mid-stream velocity(MMEF), arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood (PaCO2), fibrinogen (FBG), D-dime (D-D), the self nursing score and life quality score of two group before intervention and after intervention were detected, the satisfaction and compliance of two group were detected. Results Before intervention, the FEV1, FVC, MMEF, PaO2, PaCO2, FBG, D-D of two group were compared, the differences were no statistical significance (P＞0.05); after intervention, the FEV1, FVC, MMEF, PaO2 of two group were higher than before intervention, Pa-CO2, FBG, D-D were lower than before intervention, the FEV1, FVC, MMEF, PaO2 of the detection group were higher than those of the control group, PaCO2, FBG, D-D were lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistical significance (P<0.05). Before intervention, the self nursing score and life quality score of two group were compared, the differences were no statistical significance (P＞0.05); after intervention, the self nursing score and life quality score of two group were higher than before intervention, the self nursing score and life quality score of the detection group were higher than those of the control group, the total satisfaction and compliance of the detection group were higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of continuous nursing in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD,which could improve pulmonary function and blood gas analysis result of patients, decrease FBG, D-D, increase self nursing level and life quality of patients.
