Application of health education model of multi-disciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment combined with intelligent nursing system in family rehabilitation of patients with chromic obstructive pulmonary disease |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of health education model of multidisciplinary collaboration diagnosis and treatment (MDT) combined with intelligent nursing system in home rehabilitation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods A total of 120 cases of COPD patients treated in Dongguan Houjie Hospital Affiliated to Guangdong Medical University from November 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,according to the grouping of lottery were randomly divided into the control group(60 cases)and study group(60 cases). The control group was given traditional routine health education, the study group was given MDT combined wisdom of health education, nursing system of health knowledge mastering situation that occupy the home, the degree of anxiety, depression, quality of life score, pulmonary function index, patient satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results The scores of health knowledge questionnaire and quality of life scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test scale (CAT) scores at 1, 3, 6 months after intervention in the study group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The 1 second (FEV1%), percentage of forced expiratory volume to the predicted value (FEV1/FVC%) of the study group at 1, 3, 6 months after intervention were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), and at 6 months after the intervention, total satisfaction in the study group was higher than that of the control group, difference was statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion In the process of family rehabilitation health education for COPD patients, the application of MDT combined with wisdom nursing system health education model can improve patients′ grasp of health knowledge, promote the improvement of patients′ lung function, relieve their negative emotions, improve the quality of life, and improve patient satisfaction.
