| Effect of systematic nursing mode on compliance of immunotherapy in children with allergic rhinitis |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing mode on the compliance of immunotherapy in children with allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods From August to December 2018, 30 cases of children with AR receiving immunotherapy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected as the control group, and from January to May 2019, 30 cases of children with AR receiving immunotherapy were selected as the experimental group. The patients in the control group were intervened with conventional scheme. On this basis, the experimental group was intervened with systematic nursing intervention. The treatment compliance, quality of life (physiological function, psychological function, living environment, social function) before and after the intervention, and nursing satisfaction of children′s family members were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment total compliance of the experimental group (93.33%) was higher than that of the control group (70.00%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before the intervention, there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of physiological function, psychological function, living environment and social function between the two groups (P＞0.05). After the intervention, the scores of physiological function, psychological function, living environment and social function of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, the scores of physiological function, psychological function, living environment and social function of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Nursing total satisfaction of the experimental group (100.00%) was higher than that of the control group (70.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical significance of systematic nursing intervention in the immunotherapy of children with AR is significant, which can effectively improve the treatment compliance, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and improve the nursing satisfaction of children′s families.
