Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive perioperative nursing in the treatment of gastric polyps by argon ion coagulation under painless gastroscope.Methods A total of 62 patients with gastric polyps treated by argon ion coagulation under painless gastroscope in Fuzhou First People′s Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,31 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with argon ion coagulation under painless gastroscope.The observation group was treated with comprehensive perioperative nursing,the control group was given the common nursing.The nursing effect,satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,gastrointestinal recovery time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,the bleeding volume was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.66%,lower than that of the control group(19.04%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with gastric polyps undergoing painless gastroscopy argon ion coagulation,comprehensive nursing intervention can shorten the operation time and postoperative recovery time,reduce the bleeding and postoperative complications.
