Quantitative analysis of domestic and foreign literatures on spleen qi deficiency in rats |

Abstract Objective To understand the research status and development trend of this field,in order to provide reference for the related research of spleen qi deficiency rats.Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,VIP Database and Web of Science Database(WOS)were used as data sources to retrieve relevant literatures on the studies of spleen qi deficiency rats from the establishment of the database to December 2019.The statistics were carried out from two aspects,publication year and high frequency keywords.CiteSpace 5.5.R2 software was used to draw the visual atlas of co-occurrence network of keywords in the study of spleen qi deficiency rats,and the research status in this field was preliminally analyzed.Results A total of 355 literatures in Chinese and 16 literatures in English were retrieved,and the total number of published articles of literatures in Chinese showed an increasing trend year by year,reaching the peak in 2017-2018.Key words analysis of literature showed that research directions focused on related interventions,related syndrome types and target studies in rats with spleen qi deficiency,among which energy metabolism in animal models was the focus of current research.Conclusion The rats with spleen qi deficiency have high experimental value,and the research shows a trend of diversified development,and the research quality is also improving constantly.From the perspective of molecular biology,the study of various intervention methods for the intervention targets of the rats with spleen qi deficiency,especially the study of energy metabolism,is the main direction of future research.This study provides some reference for the topic selection and development direction of the study on the rats with spleen qi deficiency.
