Objective To investigate the effect of 3M liquid dressing combined with Ostomy Powder on neonatal diaper dermatitis.Methods A total of 100 children with neonatal diaper dermatitis admitted to The People's Hospital of Cenxi from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects by random number table method,they were divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases).The observation group was treated with 3M liquid dressing combined with Ostomy Powder,and the control group was treated with Zinc Oxide Ointment.The disappearance time,recovery time,clinical efficacy and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of flush in observation group was shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recovery time in observation group was shorter than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The complication rate in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The 3M liquid dressing combined with Ostomy Powder in the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis can reduce symptoms more quickly,accelerate the fading of rash and wound healing,effectively reduce the disappearance time of flushing in children and the long treatment time,reduce the incidence of complications,the clinical effect is obvious,worthy of promotion.
