Abstract Objective The clinical effect of ice rehabilitation wet therapy on acute radiation dermatitis was analyzed.Methods Sixty patients with acute radiation dermatitis admitted to Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group using the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with normal Saline +Gentamicin+Dexamethasone+Vitamin B12,and the test group was treated with wet compress of Ice Rehabilitation New Solution.The treatment response rate,pain score,onset time and healing time were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of experimental group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of experimental group was lower than that of control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The onset time and healing time of experimental group after treatment were shorter than that of control group,and the frequency of dressing change was less than that of control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).Conclusion The patients with acute radiation dermatitis have a better clinical effect than conventional treatment,which can effectively promote the recovery of skin damage and reduce the pain of patients,which is worthy of research and promotion.
