Analysis of the effect of Recombinant Human Interferon α1b Injection aerosol inhalation in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children and the improvement of respiratory function |

Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of Recombinant Human Interferon α1b Injection aerosol inhalation in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children and the improvement of respiratory function.Methods A total of 74 children with bronchiolitis admitted to Tengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group took the routine drugs,the research group took the routine drugs and Recombinant Human Interferon α1b Injection aerosol inhalation.Clinical symptom relief time,lung function,blood gas analysis indicators and inflammatory factors were observed.Results After treatment,the relief time of cough,wheezing,lung rale and three concave signs in the research group was shorter than control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05);after treatment,the mean expiratory flow rate at 50%vital capacity (MEF50),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),peak maximum expiratory flow rate(PEF)of the research group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05);after treatment,respiratory resistance (Rrs)and carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2)values in the research group were lower than those in control group;arterial oxygen partial pressure (PaO2)values in the research group were lower than those in control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05);after treatment,interferon-γ (IFN-γ)and interleukin (IL)-10 values in the research group were higher than control group,IL-4 values in the research group were lower than control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The Recombinant Human Interferon α1b Injection aerosol inhalation can reduce the clinical symptom relief time and inflammatory factors,and improve the respiratory function,blood gas analysis indicators.It is worthy of application.
