Objective To investigate the application effect of continuous nursing mode in the treatment of adenomyosis with high-focus ultrasound.Methods A total of 100 patients with adenomyosis from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as research objects.All patients received high-focus ultrasound ablation (HIFUA) and were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group was combined with the "Internet +" continuous nursing mode.The psychological stress,quality of life,treatment compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 6 months after discharge,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The physical health,physical pain,general health,physical role function,energy,emotional role function,social function and mental health scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 6 months after discharge,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Six months after discharge,the compliance treatment,medication on time,regular review of compliance and service attitude,medical experience and recovery effect satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing mode used in high-focus ultrasound ablation for the treatment of adenomyopathy patients,can reduce psychological stress response,improve the quality of life of patients,obtain higher treatment compliance and satisfaction,worthy of promotion and application.
