Abstract  Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum 7 tumor associated autoantibodies (7-TAABS) and tumor markers in lung cancer. Methods A total of 149 patients with lung cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi′an Jiao Tong University from December 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the lung cancer group, and 86 patients with benign lung disease were selected as the control group. The levels of p53, PGP9.5, SOX2, GAGE7,GBU4-5, MAGE-A1, CAGE antibodies and 3 tumor markers (squamous cell carcinoma [SCC], carcinoembryonic antigen[CEA]and cytokeratin 19 fragment [CYFRA21-1]) were compared between two groups, the diagnostic efficacy of 7-TAABs and tumor markers in lung cancer were analyzed. Results Serum levels of 3 tumor markers and p53, PGP9.5,SOX2, GAGE7, GBU4-5 and MAGE-A1 in 7-Taabs in lung cancer group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The positive rate of 7-TAABS combined with 3 tumor markers was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The sensitivity, accuracy and negative predictive value of 7-TAABS combined with 3 tumor markers were 83.22%, 79.15% and 71.26%, respectively. Conclusion The combined detection of 7-TAABs and traditional tumor markers can improve the diagnostic efficiency and provide basis for the diagnosis and screening of lung cancer.
