Application effect of different vascular access in hemodialysis patients |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of different vascular pathways in hemodialysis patients.Meth-ods A total of 90 hemodialysis patients from the First People′s Hospital of Jiujiang City from June 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into group A (45 cases) and group B (45 cases) by random number table method.Long-term catheter was used in group B,and autologous arteriovenous fistula was used in group B.The treatment effect,inflammatory factor levels,total protein,albumin,Kt/V and hemoglobin levels,complication rate and vascular patency rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and C-reactive protein (CRP) between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and CRP in group A were higher than those in group B,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,there were no significant differences in total protein,albumin,the ratio of urea clearance to volume by dialyzer (Kt/V) and hemoglobin levels within a certain dialysis time (P>0.05).After treatment,the total incidence of complications in group A was higher than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the vascular patency rate of group A was lower than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Both long-term catheters and autogenous arteriovenous fistulas have significant therapeutic effects in hemodialysis.Both vascular access methods can help improve the patient′s hemoglobin level,but autogenous arteriovenous fistulas have more obvious effects in improving inflammation and can Minimizing the incidence of complications is worthy of clinical adoption and promotion.
