Objective To investigate the application effect of thrombus aspiration catheter in the emergency interventional treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 70 patients with acute myocardial infarction in Iron Coal General Hospital Liaoning health Industry Group from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases) according to computer random drawing method. The control group was treated with routine emergency interventional therapy, while the observation group was treated with thrombus aspiration catheter on the basis of the control group. The clinical treatment effect, cardiac function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the left ventricular end-systolic diameter and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter were smaller than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Compared with the emergency interventional treatment alone, integrating the thrombus aspiration catheter into the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction has a better clinical effect. For the cardiac function index of acute myocardial infarction patients, the thrombolytic blood flow improvement effect of myocardial infarction is better, and the treatment safety is high, which is worth promoting.
