Abstract Objective 10 explore the clinical effect observation on patients with hypertension with hyperactivity of liver Yang by using the method of liver-nourishing and kidney-nourishing acupuncture combined with Tianma Gouteng Decoction. Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertension with hyperactivity of liver Yang treated in the Department of Cardiology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Amlodipine Besylate Tablets, and the observation group was treated with the method of liver-nourishing and kidney-nourishing acupuncture combined with Tianma Gouteng uncaria Decoction on the basis of Amlodipine Besylate Tablets. The urine microalbumin and sleep quality were compared between the two groups. Results The urinary microalbumin of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total score of sleep quality in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of liver-nourishing and kidneynourishing acupuncture and Tianma Gouteng Decoction can reduce the urinary microalbumin and improve sleep quality in patients with hypertension with hyperactivity of liver Yang, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
