抗菌药物管理在特殊使用级抗菌药物管理中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) in the management of antibiotics for special use.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the the relevant data before and after adopting AMS management in the People′s Hospital of Jiangmen from 2018 to 2020,such as the use intensity and the proportion of sales amount of antibiotics for special use,the pathogenic detection rate and the rate of bacterial resistance.Results Through AMS practice,the use intensity,the use rate and the sales amount of antibiotics for special use reduced on different degrees.The pathogenic detection and consultation rate increased significantly,and the detection rate of some drug-resistant bacteria decreased.Medication was more standard than before.Conclusions The application of AMS in the management of antibiotics for special use had achieved initial results,but the situation of bacterial resistance was not optimistic.Further scientific,refined and standardized application monitoring was needed to promote sustainable antimicrobial management based on the situation of the hospital.
