补脾益肾法在糖尿病牙周炎患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of the method of invigorating the spleen and kidney in the treatment of diabetic periodontitis patients.Methods A total of 66 patients with diabetic periodontitis admitted to Panyu County Shiqiao Hospital,Guangzhou City from December 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group (33 cases) and treatment group (33 cases) according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating the spleen and kidney on the basis of western medicine.The differences in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,blood sugar levels,periodontal indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the difference in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups of fasting blood glucose and the 2 hours postprandial blood glucose levels (P＞0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose levels of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of probing pocket depth (PPD),attachment loss (AL),plaque index (PLI) and sulcular bleeding index (SBI) between the two groups (P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of PPD,AL,PLI and SBI in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Treatment of patients with diabetic periodontitis by invigorating the spleen and kidney can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,no increase in the occurrence of adverse reactions on the basis of stabilizing the blood sugar level of the patients,and the clinical treatment effect is significant.
