Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of clinical operation nursing in laparoscopic hernia repair. Methods A total of 64 patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected retrospectively as the research objects. According to different nursing methods,they were divided into reference group(32 cases)and study group(32 cases).The reference group received routine nursing services, the study group carried out clinical operation nursing and intervention on the basis of routine nursing, compare the operation situation, complication rate and the impact on the quality of life of the two groups of patients. Results The operative time, postoperative ambulation time and length of stay of patients in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the reference group, and the complication rate was lower than that in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the quality of life scores of physiological, psychological, environmental and social in the study group were higher than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical operation nursing cooperation for patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair can improve their perioperative conditions, quality of life scores, and reduce the incidence of complications.
