Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of chest pain center optimized pre-hospital emergency nursing measures in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods The clinical data of 38 patients with AMI admitted to Yingtan People′s Hospital from April to December 2020 were selected as the control group for retrospective analysis, and routine pre-hospital emergency measures of chest pain center were implemented. In addition, the clinical data of 38 patients with AMI admitted to Yingtan People′s Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the observation group, and the optimized pre-hospital emergency nursing measures of chest pain center were implemented. The treatment time, complications, recurrence of AMI in hospital and the recovery of cardiac function after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The evaluation time of emergency triage, arrival time of visit, total treatment time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications and the recurrence rate of AMI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The improvement of cardiac function in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Optimized pre-hospital emergency nursing measures in pain center can shorten the pre hospital treatment time of AMI patients, promote the improvement of cardiac function, and reduce the risk of complications and recurrence of AMI in hospital.
