Abstract  Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory syndrome, which is often accompanied by disorders of immune and coagulation function, and can lead to multiple organ injuries, thus endangering life. Coagulation disorder is an important part in the progression of sepsis. In addition to pathogen-induced coagulation activation, injury-related molecular patterns, neutrophil external trapping net, extracellular vesicles and glycocalyx injury can also lead to the occurrence of sepsis induced coagulation disorder. In recent years, it has been found that traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of sepsis-induced coagulopathy. In particular, Fuzheng Huayu Method has shown a good regulating effect on the coagulation system. Therefore, this paper reviews the research results of Fuzheng Huayu Method applied to sepsis-induced coagulopathy.
