宫腔镜冷刀技术在子宫内膜息肉治疗中的临床应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of hysteroscope cold knife technique in the treatment of endometrial polyps. Methods A total of 162 endometrial polyps patients who were admitted to Yangjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into cold knife group and blind polypectomy group, with 81 cases in each group. Patients in the cold knife group received hysteroscopic cold knife resection, and patients in the blind polypectomy group received blind polypspolypectomy under hysteroscope. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and length of hospital stay in the two groups were compared, and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the two groups was observed. Results The operation time of the cold knife group was (22.71±8.52) min, which was shorter than (26.73±8.44) min of the blind polypectomy group, the intraoperative blood loss of the cold knife group was (10.38±5.05) ml, which was less than (13.73±5.23) ml of the blind polypectomy group, and the hospital stay of the cold knife group was (4.00±0.51) d, which was shorter than (4.38±0.72) d of the blind polypectomy group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the cold knife group was 3.70% (3/81), which was lower than 12.35% (10/81) of the blinded extraction group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Hysteroscopic cold knife resection in patients with endometrial polyps has the advantages of shorter operation time, less intraoperative blood loss, less postoperative complications and shorter hospital stay. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
