| Application effect of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament residual reconstruction in anterior cruciate ligament injury |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament residual reconstruction in the treatment of anterior cruciate ligament injury and its impact on the quality of life. Methods A total of 58 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury treated in Shaoguan First People′s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 29 cases in each group. Among them, the observation group underwent anterior cruciate ligament residual reconstruction, and the control group underwent anterior cruciate ligament residual reconstruction. The curative effect and improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the Lysholm score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the objective scoring standard of knee injury in the International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC) knee evaluation form was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences between the two groups in passive activity detection threshold and passive angle (P>0.05). After treatment, the passive activity detection threshold of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the passive angle was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive effect of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament residual reconstruction is significant, the recovery effect of knee function is good, and the quality of life of patients is effectively improved, which is worthy of popularization and application.
