| Application value of cluster intervention in hemoperfusion in patients with acute pancreatitis with hyperlipidemia |

Abstract Objective To explore the application value of cluster intervention in hemoperfusion in patients with acute pancreatitis with hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute pancreatitis with hyperlipidemia treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from June 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects. And they were divided into control group (n=50) and study group (n=50) by random number table method. The control group took routine nursing intervention, and the study group took cluster nursing. The recovery time, mental health score, quality of life score and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there were no statistical significances in scores of depression, anxiety and scores of mental health, cognitive function and physical function between the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups were lower than before intervention, and the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of mental health, cognitive function and physical function of patients in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the scores of mental health, cognitive function and physical function of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The length of hospital stay and the recovery time of lipase, amylase and leukocyte in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in study group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The cluster intervention in hemoperfusion of patients with acute pancreatitis with hyperlipidemia can improve the recovery time, improve the mental health level, improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
