New progress in clinical application of nurse-led nursing model in critically ill patients

Abstract  
 Patients in intensive care unit are under acute stress due to their own diseases, the use of large doses of vasoactive drugs can easily lead to dysfunction of blood glucose regulation. The pain caused by various invasive catheters and invasive mechanical ventilation made the medical staff realize the importance of analgesic sedation. With the improvement of medical technology and concept, medical staff gradually pay attention to the nutritional supply, rehabilitation and psychological care of patients with severe diseases. As an important participant and implementer of medical and nursing programs, nurses play a vital role. At present, some studies have applied the nurse-led nursing model to the sedation and analgesia management, blood glucose regulation, early rehabilitation, psychological nursing and other aspects of critical patients, and achieved some results, this article will elaborate and summarize the above contents in detail, focusing on the medical responsibilities, clinical implementation methods, quality monitoring methods, effect evaluation standards, humanistic care and the advantages and disadvantages in the implementation of the scheme in the nurse-led nursing model, so as to provide a basis for clinical nursing work and a theoretical basis for subsequent related research.
