血清miRNA-187及miRNA-143在胆囊癌患者中的表达及其诊断价值

Abstract Objective To study expression and diagnostic value of serum miRNA-187 and miRNA-143 in patients with gallbladder cancer.Methods A total of 92 patients with gallbladder cancer admitted to General Hospital of Northern Theater Command from September 2013 to March 2021 were selected as the gallbladder cancer group.In addition,80 patients with benign gallbladder disease treated at the same period were selected as the benign gallbladder disease group,and 80 healthy subjects at the same period were selected as the healthy control group.Serum of all subjects was collected,and serum levels of miRNA-187 and miRNA-143 were detected and compared.ROC curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of serum miRNA-187 and miRNA-143 levels in gallbladder cancer.The expressions of serum miRNA-187 and miRNA-143 in patients with gallbladder carcinoma with different clinical characteristics were compared.Results Serum miRNA-187 in gallbladder cancer group was higher than that in benign gallbladder disease group and healthy control group,while miRNA-143 was lower than that in benign gallbladder disease group and healthy control group,serum miRNA-187 in benign gallbladder disease group was higher than that in healthy control group,while miRNA-143 was lower than that in healthy control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The AUC,sensitivity,specificity and Youden index of serum miRNA-187 combined with miRNA-143 in the diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma were higher than those of the above two indexes alone.The expression level of miRNA-187 in serum of patients with TNM stage Ⅲto Ⅳ,poorly differentiated and lymph node metastasis was higher than that of patients with TNM stage Ⅰto Ⅱ,moderately well-differentiated and no lymph node metastasis,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The expression level of miRNA-143 in serum of patients with TNM stageⅢto Ⅳ,poorly differentiated and lymph node metastasis gallbladder cancer was lower than that of patients with TNM stage Ⅰto Ⅱ,moderately well-differentiated and no lymph node metastasis gallbladder cancer,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Serum miRNA-187 is abnormally high in gallbladder cancer,while miRNA-143 is abnormally low.Combined detection may be helpful for clinical diagnosis and disease evaluation of gallbladder cancer.
