米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mifepristone combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 160 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in Luzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into the control group (80 cases) and the observation group(80 cases) according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Methotrexate,and the observation group was treated with Mifepristone on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 week and followed up for 1 month.The clinical related indexes,marriage quality,and serum human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG),progesterone (P),estradiol (E2),luteinizing hormone (LH),follicle stimulating hormone (FSH)levels and package diameter before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of symptoms,blood β-HCG return to normal time,the negative conversion time of β-HCG,the disappearance time of pelvic mass and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The levels of serum β-HCG,P of the two groups after treatment were all lower than those before treatment,and the diameter of the package of the two groups after treatment was smaller than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The levels of serum β-HCG,P of the observation group after treatment were all lower than those of the control group,and the diameter of the package of the observation group after treatment was smaller than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum E2 level in the control group was lower than before treatment,the serum E2 level in the observation group was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of LH and FSH between the two groups before and after treatment (P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of LH and FSH between the two groups after treatment (P＞0.05).The scores of marriage quality related indicators(amateur activities,relationship with relatives and friends,belief consistency,children and marriage) of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The scores of marriage quality related indicators (amateur activities,relationship with relatives and friends,belief consistency,children and marriage) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy can reduce the pelvic mass,promote the recovery of sexual hormone level,and improve the quality of marriage.The clinical effect is remarkable.
