内服小柴胡汤合当归芍药散联合针灸对桥本甲状腺炎患者甲状腺功能水平及免疫因子的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of oral administration of Xiaochaihu Decoction with Danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis(HT).Methods A total of 80 HT patients admitted to Yingtan City People′s Hospital from May 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the subjects,and they were divided into treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group was given Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets for routine treatment,and the treatment group was additionally given Xiaochaihu Decoction with Danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,changes of thyroid function(free thyronine[FT3],free thyroxine[FT4],thyroid stimulating hormone[TSH],thyroid peroxidase antibody[TPO-AB],thyroglobulin antibody[TGAb]),peripheral blood T cell subsets and thyroid volume before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,TPO-AB and TGAb levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in FT3,FT4 and TSH levels between two groups before and after treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the peripheral blood CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ values in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in CD8+ between two groups before and after treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the thyroid volume of the treatment group was smaller than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of Xiaochaihu decoction with Danggui Shaoyao powder combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with HT,and it is beneficial to the outcomes of thyroid function and immune function.
