替格瑞洛、肝素钠联合瑞替普酶在急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死中的应用

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Ticagrelor,Heparin Sodium combined with Reteplase on acute STsegment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 82 patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction admitted to Ruijin People′s Hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into comparison group(41 cases)and study group(41 cases)according to the method of "odd and even number table".The control group treated with Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablets and Urokinase,the study group was treated with Ticagrelor,Heparin Sodium combined with Reteplase.The vascular recanalization rates at different moments,total incidence of adverse bleeding events and total incidence of cardiovascular adverse events during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results The vascular recanalization rates of patients in the study group at 60,90 and 120 min after thrombolysis were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse bleeding events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).The total incidence of cardiovascular adverse events was 12.20% in the study group,lower than 36.59% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Ticagrelor,Heparin Sodium combined with Reteplase in patients with acute STsegment elevation myocardial infarction can help to increase the recanalization rate of blood vessels and reduce the incidence of adverse events in different time periods after thrombolysis.It has high application value and security.
