Abstract Objective To discuss the effect of the training of strong concept during pregnancy and the strong intervention during labor on the maternal turnover of delivery. Methods During the antenatal examination in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from March 2018 to March 2019,462 cases of parturient without pregnancy complication were selected. The conditions of vaginal delivery were evaluated again, excluding cephalopelvic asymmetry, macrosomia and oligohydramnios,31 cases in each group were excluded and finally included in the control group (n=200) and the observation group (n=200).The control group was treated with routine antenatal examination and labor monitoring. In the observation group, the antenatal examination increased the knowledge training of cognition-beliefbehavior adjustment in the strong conceptual structure of the midwifery clinic, and carried out strong intervention in the course of labor. The self-rating anxiety scale during the first antenatal examination, the number of cases of doctor-patient cooperation, the time of active stage of the first stage of labor and the second stage of labor, the degree of vaginal laceration and the mode of delivery were evaluated by self-rating anxiety scale during the first antenatal examination. Results The score of self-rating anxiety scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),the total rate of doctor-patient cooperation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the time of the first active stage and the second stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;the degree of vaginal laceration was lighter than that of the control group, the rate of lateral perineal incision was lower than that of the control group, and the outcome of delivery was better than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Instilling strong concept into parturients from the start of the pregnancy with strong intervention in labor can significantly reduce maternal pain and anxiety during labor and establishes parturients′ confidence in natural labor, therefore parturients cooperate with labor management actively, and the natural delivery rate is improved as well.
