不同针灸疗法防治膝骨性关节炎的临床研究进展

Abstract Knee osteoarthritis is the most common chronic disease in the department of orthopedics and traumatology.It is one of the main causes of pain，dysfunction and disability，which greatly reduces the quality of life of patients.The majority of patients can obtain satisfactory curative effect by conservative treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Among them，acupuncture and moxibustion is one of the commonly used treatment methods.It has the characteristics of high safety，no side effects，simple operation，etc.It can effectively treat pain and dyskinesia of patients and has been widely used in clinic.This article will analyze the characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy at home and abroad in recent years from the perspective of different acupuncture and moxibustion therapies，and provide new treatment ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
