雷公藤多苷与缬沙坦联合治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tripterygium Glycosides combined with Valsartan in the treatment of patients with stage Ⅳdiabetic nephropathy.Methods From June 2017 to June 2019,100 patients with stageⅣdiabetic nephropathy admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases) by completely randomized method.The observation group adopted Tripterygium Glycosides combined with Valsartan method,and the control group adopted Valsartan method.The levels of serum creatinine,serum albumin,24 h urine protein,interleukin-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared in the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the levels of serum creatinine,serum albumin,24 h urine protein,and inflammatory factors (IL-6,TNF-α,hs-CRP) before treatment between the two groups (P＞0.05).The levels of serum creatinine,24 h urine protein and inflammatory factors (IL-6,TNF-α,hs-CRP) after treatment in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The level of serum albumin in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (4.00%) was lower than that in the control group(18.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Tripterygium Glycosides method can effectively lighten the inflammatory response and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with stage Ⅳdiabetic nephropathy,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
