固肾安胎丸联合黄体酮治疗早孕宫腔积液的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Gushen Antai Pills combined with Progesterone in the treatment of early pregnancy uterine effusion.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into experimental group (n=50) and control group(n=50) according to dynamic randomization method.The experimental group was treated with Gushen Antai Pills with Progesterone Injection,and the control group was only treated with Progesterone Injection.The total effective rate,the rate of miscarriage,the amount of uterine fluid and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and the rate of miscarriage in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions and the total amount of uterine effusion were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Gushen antai Pills combined with Progesterone in the treatment of uterine effusion has a higher total effective rate,a miscarriage rate,reduce the patient′s uterine effusion,and improve the patient′s pregnancy outcome.
