医护一体化护理模式对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后康复效果的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of integrated nursing mode on the rehabilitation of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). Methods From January 2018 to December 2019, 150 patients with LC in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 75 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given integrated nursing mode. The postoperative recovery, pain, complication rate, patients′ cooperation degree and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The exhaust time, defecation time, bowel sound recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were (23.53 ±3.52), (40.51±4.57) , (8.98±1.30) h and (5.86±1.52) d, which were shorter than those in the control group of (27.54±4.18), (45.74±4.29), (10.56±1.17) h, (7.11±1.34) d, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).There was no difference in pain score between the two groups on the first day after operation (P＞0.05). The pain score of the observation group was (2.63±0.57) points, lower than that of the control group of (3.44±0.49) points, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total complication rate in the observation group was 2.67%, which was lower than 12.00% in the control group, the degree of coordination was 93.33% and the total satisfaction with nursing was 94.67% in the observation group, which were higher than 82.67% and 81.33% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The integrated nursing mode of medical and nursing can speed up the rehabilitation process of patients after LC shorten the recovery time of getting out of bed and exhausting after operation, reduce the postoperative pain of patients, prevent the occurrence of complications, improve the cooperation degree of diagnosis and treatment and nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worth popularizing and applying.
