| Effect of Edaravone combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in the treatment of cerebral infarction |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Edaravone and Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods From January 2018 to June 2019, 100 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were selected as subjects. They were divided into two groups by simple randomization method, with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Edaravone, experimental group was treated with Edaravone combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules. The treatment effect, total incidence of adverse reactions, neurological function scores and blood biochemical index levels of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate of patients in the experimental group was 94.00%, which was higher than that in the control group (80.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The neurological function scores, erythrocyte aggregation indexes and whole blood viscosities of the two groups after treatment were all lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The neurological function score, erythrocyte aggregation index and total blood viscosity of the experimental group after treatment were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of Edaravone and Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in patients with cerebral infarction can better improve the patients′ condition, which is of great significance.
