| Study on the nursing effect of heat sensitive moxibustion combined with acupoint massage in the rapid rehabilitation of patients after laparoscopic hysterectomy |

Abstract Objective To study the nursing effect of heat sensitive moxibustion combined with acupoint massage in the rapid rehabilitation of patients after laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,60 cases of laparoscopic hysterectomy patients who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into group A(n=30,heat sensitive moxibustion)and group B(n=30,heat sensitive moxibustion+acupoint massage)by using the method of random comprehensive balance.The hand operation indexes,clinical efficacy,total complication rate and total satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results The first defecation time,the first anal exhaust time and the bowel sounds recovery time in group B were shorter than those in group A;the total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A;the total incidence of complications such as urinary retention,intestinal obstruction,deep vein thrombosis in group B was lower than that in group A,the total nursing satisfaction of group B was higher than that of group A,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of heat sensitive moxibustion combined with acupoint massage in the rapid rehabilitation of patients after laparoscopic hysterectomy can shorten the first defecation time,the first anal exhaust time,the recovery time of bowel sounds,enhance the clinical effect and reduce complications,improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
