Abstract:The rationalization and scientific establishment of management position is of great significance to improve the modern management level of public hospitals.In order to optimize the position allocation of functional logistics department,and improve the management level of post efficiency,using post analysis and post evaluation to conduct performance management for different job sequences.The pareto optimality is realized in the management department,improving the management efficiency of the post,and realizing the management effect of"the best of people".
