Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Shenfu Injection combined with Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide in the treatment of acute heart failure.Methods A total of 82 patients with acute heart failure (AHF)admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to November 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group,41 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given AHF routine treatment,on this basis,the control group was given Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide (rhBNP)treatment,the study group was given Shenfu Injection and rhBNP combined treatment.The levels of cardiac function and serum neurohormonal factors were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)and left ventricular short axis shortening rate (FS)were significantly higher after treatment in both groups than before treatment,and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVIDd)was significantly lower than before treatment,after treatment,LVEF and FS in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and LVIDd was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of N-terminal B type natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP),noradrenaline(NE)and endothelin 1(ET-1)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,NT-proBNP,NE and ET-1 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The standard deviation of RR interval(SDNN),the standard deviation of 5 min mean(SDANN),the square root of adjacent RR interval(RMSSD),low frequency power(LF)and high frequency power(HF)were significantly higher in both groups than before treatment,after treatment,the values of square,SDANN,RMSSD,LF and HF in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Shenfu Injection combined with rhBNP in the treatment of AHF is remarkable.It can significantly improve the serum levels of NT-proBNP,NE,ET-1,and is worthy of clinical application.
