Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention program on improving the quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods From December 2016 to February 2018 period,One hundred patients with senile coronary artery disease who were treated in our department of cardiology were selected.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention program was administered to the control group patients.A comprehensive nursing intervention program was implemented on the basis of routine nursing care to compare the quality of life,social support,and psychological status of the two groups.Results The scores of quality of life,scores of scale,social support scale and scores of all dimensions in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.SAS score and SDS score were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention program can improve the quality of life,social support,and improve the mental health status of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
