Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect of needle retention in hemiplegic patientswith different parts of venipuncture.MethodsFrom July 2016 to December 2017,90 patientswith stroke hemiplegia treated in the Department of Neurology of our hospital were selected as the subject.According to the random digital tablemethod, they were divided into three groups:group A,B,C,with 30 cases in each group. The three groups underwent venipuncture by themethods of hand back forward puncture, hand back reverse puncture and forearm reverse puncture, respectively. The success rate of one puncture,72 hours of indwelling, pain degree of puncture site, patient satisfaction and adverse reaction were compared among the three groups.ResultsThe success rate of single puncture in group B was higher than that in group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group B and group A(P>0.05).The retention rate for 72 hours and the degree of satisfactionin in group B was significantly higher than that in group A and group C.The incidence of adverse reactions and the pain score of puncture site in group B was lower than that in group A and group C(P<0.05).ConclusionThe success rate of reverse vein puncture on the back of hand is high, the retention time is long, the adverse reaction is less, the pain of puncture can be reduced, and the satisfaction of patients can be improved.
