Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the application value of emotional nursing combined with psychological nursing in children with appendicitis in patients.Methods 100 cases of appendicitis in our hospital from may 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the research object,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine clinical care.The experimental group was given emotional nursing combined with psychological care on the basis of routine clinical care.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,hospitalization time,postoperative recovery and SDS,SAS score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);The ambulation time,anal exhaust time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of nursing cooperation and family satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SDS and SAS score between the two groups(P<0.05).After nursing,SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of emotional nursing combined with psychological nursing in children with appendicitis in children can alleviate the negative emotions,improve the matching degree of treatment,shorten the time of hospitalization,improve the degree of satisfaction to nursing work,with a high clinical value.
