Clinical study on surgical treatment of non-puerperal mastitis

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical situation of surgical treatment of non-puerperal mastitis(NPM).Methods In our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected 44 cases of NPM patients as the research object,according to the time of surgical treatment were divided into A group(25 cases)and B group(19 cases),from the onset to surgery,group A was less than or equal to 1 months,group B was more than 1 month,were treated with antibiotics for a week after breast tumor surgery,the clinical situation were compared between the two groups.Results Before surgery,the age,lactation history,nipple,nipple discharge,skin irritation,tumor diameter,leukocytosis,pathological type of patients in two groups had no statistical significant differences (P>0.05),after surgery,there was no significant difference in postoperative infection,time of hospitalization,postoperative recurrence rate,and postoperative satisfaction of the breast(P>0.05).Conclusion Early surgical treatment of NPM,which can avoid the disease continues to increase,development caused by mass abscess or sinus formation and pain caused by treatment,can shorten the course of disease and reduce adverse drug reactions caused by treatment,physical and mental health of patients with better protection
