Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of precise liver resection in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods A total of 64 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma diagnosed and treated in our hospital from September 2015 to July 2017 were divided into study group and conventional group according to different surgical methods,32 cases in each group.Patients in the study group underwent precise segmental hepatectomy, while patients in the conventional group underwent traditional hepatectomy. The operation-related indicators, postoperative liver function indicators and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results In blood transfusion volume between the two groups, the difference was no significant difference(P>0.05).The bleeding volume, operation time and postoperative hospital stay in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,ALT,TBil,ALB and other liver function indexes in the study group were significantly better than those in the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The precise liver resection has an obvious effect in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, can reduce the intraoperative blood loss, shorten the hospitalization time, decrease the incidence rate of postoperative complications and improve the hepatic function.
