Abstract：Pterygium is one of the most common ocular surface diseases,but the pathogenesis is unclear,surgical treatment is still the main treatment at present,Pterygium often recurrence after pterygium resection,to reduce the recurrence rate,there is a wide range of research both at China and abroad,and has not reached a consensus.This article reviews and summarizes the latest advances in the study of pterygium surgery at home and abroad,and in order to help clinical treatment.
