ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of anal sphincter fistula ligation in the treatment of complex anal fistula.MethodsFrom December 2015 to December 2016,90 patients with complex anal fistula were selected and randomly divided into the control group and observation group.The control group was treated with incision and threading.The observation group receivedanal sphincter fistula ligation surgery,clinical indicators and treatment effect between two groups were compared.ResultsThe operation time,hospitalization time and healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionAnal sphincter fistula ligation in the treatment of complex anal fistula can effectively shorten the operation time and speed up the healing time,and has a better clinical effect and it is worthy of application.
