There are variations in the development pace and conceptualizations of medical morphological experimental disciplines across different universities.Each of these disciplines possesses distinct characteristics and focuses on diverse content,leading to certain constraints in separating experiments within each field.However,adopting a systems-based approach makes it evident that integrating various morphological experimental disciplines and establishing a digital slide library organized by organ systems is rational.This meets the concept of"New Medical Science."From the perspective of experimental teaching,this measure reduces the loss of actual slides and provides convenience for preserving rare or difficult-to-obtain slides for future,and plays a supporting role in the development of various disciplines.Additionally,it provides a reference for similar disciplines.Simultaneously,Constructing a digital slice library of medical morphology can achieve the integration of multidisciplinary knowledge such as function and morphology,micro and macro,physiology and pathology,diagnosis and treatment,and help cultivate students' comprehensive qualities.Furthermore,Promoting interdisciplinary integration,integrating basic medicine with clinical practice,leading the development of medical education towards a blended online and offline teaching model,and enhancing the quality of medical education.
