Since 2018,the "4+7" centralized procurement organized by the state has gradually started,and then China's centralized procurement has been continuously promoted in terms of point,area,scale,and level.It adopts the methods of"procurement with quantity,price in exchange for quantity,integration of procurement and bidding,ensuring use,ensuring quality,ensuring supply,ensuring payment,reducing transaction costs",etc.,to provide patients with high-quality and affordable pilot drugs,so that the reform results can benefit more people.Through optimizing relevant policies and measures,it can ensure the long-term stable supply of selected drugs,guide the healthy,orderly and high-quality development of the pharmaceutical industry.However,there are still some problems that need to be solved in the management of centrally procured drugs.This article analyzes the practice of drug centralized procurement management in a tertiary hospital in Changzhou,introduces a new management model of fine management,emphasizes management processes and details,in order to eliminate waste and redundant links in management,focuses on the formulation and implementation of relevant measures,system updates,and information support,and shares it for medical institutions to refer to.
