Objective To investigate the clinical effect of liposuction combined with adenoidectomy in the treatment of gynecomastia(GYN).Methods Thirty GYN patients admitted to Nanchang Third Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into experimental group and control group according to the odd-even admission sequence, with 15 patients in each group. The control group was treated with open surgery, and the experimental group was treated with liposuction combined with small-incision adenoidectomy. The operation related indexes, satisfaction with operation effect and psychological status of the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss of experimental group was less than that of control group, and the length of hospitalization was shorter, with statistical significances (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in breast symmetry, operative skin, nipple sensation and overall self-satisfaction score (P>0.05).There were no significant differences in interpersonal sensitivity, obsessive symptoms, somatization and depression scores between the two groups (P >0.05).Conclusion Liposuction combined with small-incision adenoidectomy has a good effect on the treatment of GYN.Patients have lower intraoperative bleeding and good postoperative safety, which can ensure good surgical satisfaction and psychological status, and also have a positive effect on shortening hospital stay.
