腕式健康监测终端辅助的优质护理对晚期肺癌患者睡眠障碍与希望水平的影响研究

摘要目的探讨腕式健康监测终端辅助的优质护理对晚期肺癌患者睡眠障碍和希望水平的影响。方法选择2022年6 月至12 月江西省肿瘤医院肿瘤科住院治疗的350 例晚期肺癌患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各175 例。对照组采用常规方法护理，观察组联合优质护理干预（引入腕式健康监测终端），两组均完成4 周干预，比较两组睡眠障碍、希望水平、社会支持水平及满意度。结果观察组干预4 周后入睡时间、总体睡眠时间及质量、白天情绪、夜间觉醒、身体质量及思睡情况评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组干预4 周后现实和未来的积极态度、采取积极行动的态度及与他人保持亲密关系的态度得分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组干预4 周后社会支持度高于本组干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度及总分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组干预4 周后干预方法、服务态度、干预效果、专业技能及护患关系满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论腕式健康监测终端辅助的优质护理用于晚期肺癌患者中，有助于改善患者睡眠质量，能提升患者希望水平，患者社会支持度较高，可获得较高的干预满意度，值得推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing assisted by wrist health monitoring terminal on sleep disorder and hope level of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods A total of 350 patients with advanced lung cancer who were hospitalized in the Oncology Department of Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from June to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 175 patients in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional nursing methods,and the observation group was treated with high-quality nursing intervention(wrist health monitoring terminal was introduced).Both groups completed the 4-week intervention.The sleep disorder,hope level,social support level and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of intervention,the observation group had lower scores of falling asleep time,overall sleep time and quality,daytime mood,nighttime awakening,physical quality,and sleepiness than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the observation group had higher scores of positive attitudes towards reality and the future,attitudes towards taking positive actions,and attitudes towards maintaining intimate relationships with others than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the social support levels of the two groups were higher than those in the same group before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The objective support,subjective support,support utilization,and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The observation group had higher levels of intervention methods,service attitude,intervention effectiveness,professional skills,and satisfaction with nurse patient relationships compared to the control group after 4 weeks of intervention,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Wrist health monitoring terminal assisted high-quality nursing in patients with advanced lung cancer can help to improve patients'sleep quality and improve patients'hope level,worthy of popularization and application.
