Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of mixed teaching mode in microbiology laboratory teaching in higher vocational colleges under the background of digital education strategy. Methods A total of 138 students were selected as the research objects from two classes of medical laboratory major of grade 2021,Heze Medical Vocational College from September to October 2022.In the two classes, students studying at home due to the impact of epidemic control were selected as the online teaching group (n=37),students from Class 1 studying at school were selected as the offline teaching group(n=55)and students in Class 2 studying at school were selected as mixed teaching group (n=46).The online teaching group adopted the online information teaching method, the offline teaching group adopted the offline traditional teaching method, and the mixed teaching group adopted the mixed teaching method that integrates traditional teaching and information teaching.Through the comparison of three groups of students assessment results, teaching quality evaluation, teaching method satisfaction to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching experiments. Results There was no statistically significant difference in online seores among the three groups of students(P >0.05).The offline seores, daily seores, and comprehensive seores of mixed teaching were all higher than those of the online and offline teaching groups, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The evaluation of teaching quality of mixed teaching group was higher than that of online teaching group and offline teaching group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the three groups, the difference of teaching satisfaction was statistically significant (P<0.05),and the mixed teaching group had the highest satisfaction. Conclusion The use of mixed teaching method can improve the teaching effectiveness of microbiology testing, providing some reference basis for the teaching and talent cultivation of microbiology testing majors in higher vocational colleges.
