荷丹胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙对老年高血压合并高脂血症患者血脂、炎症因子的影响

摘要目的探究荷丹胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙对老年高血压合并高脂血症患者的治疗效果。方法选取2019 年10月至2021 年9 月江西医学高等专科学校第一附属医院收治的92 例老年高血压合并高脂血症患者为研究对象，按照计算机随机数字表法分为照组和观察组，每组46 例。对照组行阿托伐他汀钙治疗，观察组则在对照组的基础上加用荷丹胶囊治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、血脂与炎症因子水平变化和不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组，且不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组的血脂指标水平与炎症因子水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后，观察组的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）高于对照组，总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、超敏C 反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、白细胞介素-1（IL-1）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论荷丹胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗老年高血压合并高脂血症患者，能有效缓解患者炎症因子水平和降低血脂水平，且可提高临床疗效和安全性，具有良好的应用价值，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Hedan Capsules combined with Atorvastatin Calcium on elderly patients with hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Medical College from October 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the study objects,with 46 cases in each group according to the computer random number method.The control group received Atorvastatin Calcium treatment,and the observation group was treated with Hedan Capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,changes of lipid and inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in blood lipid index and inflammatory factor level between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),interleukin-1 (IL-1) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Hedan Capsules combined with Atorvastatin Calcium in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia can effectively relieve the level of inflammatory factors and reduce the level of blood lipids,and can improve clinical efficacy and safety,with good application value,worthy of clinical promotion.
