脑梗死患者睡眠障碍的研究进展

摘要睡眠障碍是急性脑梗死患者常见并发症，患者发病与神经功能复原、生活品质、身心健康、合并高血压、糖尿病等基础性疾病关联密切，部分病情严重病例还会增加患者脑梗死风险。因此，防治急性脑梗死后伴发的睡眠障碍问题，了解急性缺血性卒中并发睡眠障碍的发病机制十分重要。本文对急性脑梗死并发睡眠障碍的发病机制进行简要综述，了解急性脑梗死后睡眠障碍的临床特点，主要包括睡眠时间增加、觉醒障碍以及失眠，并分析急性脑梗死患者睡眠障碍的相关因素，以期能够为脑梗死伴发睡眠障碍患者的临床诊疗提供参考，以改善患者的睡眠质量，促进患者良好恢复。

Abstract：Sleep disorder is a common complication in patients with acute cerebral infarction,which is closely related to neurological recovery,quality of life,physical and mental health,hypertension,diabetes and other basic diseases.Some severe cases may increase the risk of cerebral infarction.Therefore,how to prevent and treat sleep disorders after acute cerebral infarction and understand the pathogenesis of sleep disorders after acute ischemic stroke are very important.This paper briefly reviewed the pathogenesis of sleep disorders complicated by acute cerebral infarction,understood the clinical characteristics of sleep disorders after acute cerebral infarction,including increased sleep time,wake disorders and insomnia,and analyzed the related factors of sleep disorders in patients with acute cerebral infarction,hoping to provide references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with cerebral infarction accompanied by sleep disorders,in order to improve patients'sleep quality and promote patients'good recovery.
